Makers considered several titles like Intikokkadu, Vamsanikokkadu etc. In fact, Suresh Productions banner registered the title Desanikokkadu for the film. Towards the end they zeroed on Baladoor.

Udayshankar earlier directed super hit film for Suresh Productions banner. This is the first time Radhakrishna is composing music for Raviteja film. Balasekharan handled the camera.

Responsibilities handled by one who is seen as the careless guy is the film about. What are the responsibilities and how they brought in transformation is the plot. Superstar Krishna is doing a key role in the film.
