'Usually I play a short character like a doctor or lawyer in my banner films. However, I did not play any character in Kausalya Supraja Rama', said D.Ramanaidu. Kausalya Supraja Rama is releasing on 9th of October. He further added that there is a short role in the film that of a doctor and that is done by Chalapati Rao, who Ramanaidu termed as well wisher of Suresh productions. So why didnt he play a short role in KSR? 'Well! After doing a full length role in an award film like Hope, I didnt feel like doing a short one', quipped Ramanaidu.

Director Suryaprasad is happy that he could impress Ramanaidu. 'After seeing the first copy, he was very happy', said Suryaprasad.
