In a function that is organized at Ravindra Bharati today, noted director Padmasri K.Balachander is awarded 'Pride of Indian Cinema' by Youva Kalavahini. The event is attended by Dasari Narayana Rao, MS Reddy, K.Viswanath, J Ramana Murthy, Murali Mohan, Sagar, Jayasudha, Sudha, Kota, Nagendra babu, Jeeva and others. Jayasudha and Sudha lighted the candles and kick started the event. Nagendra Babu handed over the momento to K.Balachander.
