Megastar Chiranjeevi offered pooja at Dasaanjaneya temple here in Filmnagar. He was accompanied by his wife Surekha and son Ramcharan Teja.

From the time of when hints started flowing about Chiranjeevi's political entry, media is persistent to get an answer for the man himself. Even though Nagendra Babu and Allu Aravind said that Chiranjeevi will make a decision in favor of people and he himself will announce the flag, name and agenda of the party in August, media is determined to get an answer from the star. Naturally, with the word in the air that Chiru is visiting the temple to offer Pooja, the media with vehicles swamped that area. Yet again, they could not make the star say a word about it.

A few years ago, Megastar Chiranjeevi donated generously for the construction of this temple. He was there for the inauguration. (Click here for the pics). His wife Surekha is a member of the board of trustees for the temple. Celebrating the 4th anniversary of the temple, the management is organizing special poojas from 16th through 18th of this month. As part of this, abhisheka pooja was performed yesterday and Chiranjeevi was invited to attend the event.

Meanwhile, good part of the TV time today was focussed on Chiranjeevi visiting the temple and an Eicher Van that would shape up into his Ratha Yatra. As channels report, the work is being done at Real Motors under the supervision of Pawan Kalyan himself. The van will be totally air conditioned with the comforts of bed room so that the star can rest between his stops. Good space for a meeting with more than a dozen people, hydraulic dais etc are other features that are being worked on. Needless to say, the vehicle will be bullet proofed.
